The challenge.
Outreach research is a grind, and it degrades as it goes.
Every prospect means reading a profile, piecing together a career history and guessing at the fit. Nobody does it the same way twice, so some get dug into, some get skimmed, and some sail past an obvious disqualifier. What counts as a good fit lives in people's heads instead of anywhere repeatable.
Personal messages get replies and take real time to write. Templates take no time and get ignored.
Follow ups are inconsistent. Some prospects get three, some get one, some get forgotten entirely.
And the list arrives with hundreds of names on it, most of them not a fit. A bad lead costs exactly as much research time as a good one, right up until somebody works out it was never worth it. Every hour spent on someone who was not a fit is an hour not spent on someone who was.
The constraint was never knowing how to write good outreach. It was doing it for enough people, fast enough.
If that shape looks familiar, the consultation is where we go and find yours.

Alma finds the leads, writes the outreach, sends it, tracks the replies, and improves on the results.
It takes a raw list and runs three progressively deeper filters, so the expensive analysis never runs on a bad lead. The first costs a fraction of a penny and clears the obvious misfits in seconds. The second enriches with real profile data and catches employment gaps, solo operations and size mismatches. The third runs the deep analysis and scores each prospect against a 100 point ideal customer profile.
Leads that do not pass are not thrown away. They are kept with whatever was learned about them, for a campaign where they do fit.
For the ones that qualify it builds an understanding rather than a record. It reads the career trajectory and works out what kind of decision maker this is. It analyses communication style from the person's own writing. It identifies the pain points specific to their situation. And it finds the concrete hooks, the specific things to reference that prove somebody actually looked. That is 35 or more fields per prospect. It is the research a person does in 20 to 30 minutes, done the same way for every name on the list rather than deeply for the first few and sloppily by lead 47.
Then it writes. A full sequence per qualified prospect: a connection request that references something real, an intro tailored to their decision maker type and their pain points, then follow ups, each with a different angle and its own proof point. The approach adapts to the person. A busy executive gets directness. Someone who posts frequently gets an angle that references their work. A visible pain point gets addressed head on.
Every reply is tracked and fed back, and the outputs improve on what comes back.
The whole pipeline runs on configuration: target criteria, positioning, case studies, tone, qualifying thresholds. Six stages and more than twenty five orchestrated steps sit behind it, and none of them need touching to point it somewhere new. A new campaign is a spreadsheet change.
The results.
Every prospect gets the same depth of analysis, whether they are the first name on the list or the last.
No disqualifier missed because somebody was tired. No follow up forgotten or sent out of order. No variation in research depth between Monday and Friday. And no lead lost because it was not worth the time that week, since the ones that do not pass are kept with everything already learned about them.
What changes is throughput, and throughput was the whole constraint.
A person can write outreach this good. A person cannot write it for a list of hundreds, identically, and still remember which angle worked.
